- Obtain all necessary permits from the local Bezirkshauptmannschaft.
- Notify ASFINAG if works are within 50 m of a motorway.
- Confirm utility locations with all relevant network operators.
- Prepare a site-specific health and safety plan.
- Arrange traffic management equipment and signage.
- Confirm material delivery schedule with the asphalt plant.
- Check weather forecast — avoid laying asphalt below 5 °C.
- Ensure all plant operators hold valid Austrian licences.
- Set up site welfare facilities for workers.
- Brief all operatives on emergency procedures.
- Confirm compaction testing schedule with the laboratory.
- Notify adjacent residents and businesses of working hours.
Complaints & Feedback
Where to submit: Submit written complaints to the project manager or our registered office address.
What to include: Include the project reference number, site address, date of works, and a description of the defect or concern.
Deadlines & response times: Defect notifications under warranty must be submitted within 24 months. We respond within 15 business days.
